If you face problems with your computer and you still have internet access, I probably can help you. I can guide you to set-up your computer in a couple of minutes so that I can remotely access and repair it.
As it often happens, people are abandoned by their so-far computer-savvy employee, friend, contractor. I can jump in right there, take over, recover passwords, make your system safe from unwanted access from other people.
If you have deleted files, I can help provided that you stop using the relevant machine until I recover them. Otherwise the still available files will be overwritten.
